Manny’s Neighborhood Grille announced recently that it is opening three additional franchise units centered on concepts of the longtime West Ashley Mediterranean restaurant. Michael Stavrinakis, President of Manny’s Franchise has entered a contract with Eric Valera and Dennis Hoffer of Greenville, N.C., who also own two Buffalo Wild Wings franchises in Eastern North Carolina. Between them they have more than three decades of restaurant management combined.
The multi-unit franchise has plans to open Manny’s locations in three North Carolina cities: Greenville, New Bern, and Raleigh. Valera and Hoffer also purchased franchise rights to up to five additional units in three surrounding counties of the Café’s newest destinations.
“We are excited to bring restaurateurs with the experience and knowledge that Eric and Dennis posses,” said Stavrinakis. “We feel having true restaurant partners that understand the business will help establish our café footprint through the Southeast and beyond.”
The three new restaurants will be opening in different phases due to a multitude of structural planning. Stavrinakis and partners expect to have the first location secure by December 2015.
