Charleston County Emergency Medical Services paramedic Jessica Smiley was praised for her communications skills with victims, as well as her role in providing diagnostic data leading to effective critical care.
Charleston County Sheriff’s Master Deputy James Foster was honored for his long and distinguished career in which he has been a role model for law enforcement and trainer for new deputy candidates.
And St. Andrews PSD Fire Department fireman Joshua Tabucbuc was praised for his exceptional work ethic, as well as his demeanor and attitude.
