This week, we have another Kinloch basketball player in the spotlight. Last week it was freshman Eric Kinloch who was named West Of’s Athelete of the Week. This week it’s his older sister Essence Kinloch who brings home the award.
As the small forward for the Girls West Ashley Basketball Team, Kinloch has excelled on the court. In the recent game against Cane Bay, Kinloch made 10 of the team’s 68.
If you ask West Ashley High School Lady Wildcat’s head coach Maria Williams about Kinloch’s abilities and place on the team, she will quickly tell you that she is an essential part of the Lady Wildcats. “She is a true team player and can always be counted on to be a great example for her teammates both on and off the court,” says Williams.
