Clelia’s Guitar Studio strums into the season with annual student holiday concerts Dec. 13 & 14

from Staff Reports

The sounds of the season will ring out once again at Clelia’s Guitar Studio in West Ashley as students take the stage for the studio’s annual holiday concert series. The two-day celebration showcases musicians of all ages and skill levels, offering a festive mix of classics, creative arrangements, and plenty of hometown pride.

The series kicks off Saturday, Dec. 13, with performances by Pluff Muddy Pluckers at 2:30 p.m., followed by the crowd-favorite Bach to Pop ensemble at 5 p.m. On Sunday, Dec. 14, audiences can catch the always-inventive Zeapha at 2:30 p.m., and closing out the weekend, the spirited Rocky Rds at 5:00 p.m.

For families, neighbors, and music lovers, the concerts serve as a charming tradition—part recital, part community gathering—as students showcase months of practice while spreading a little holiday joy. Past years have seen everything from acoustic versions of seasonal favorites to full-band renditions of modern hits, all performed in the studio’s intimate, upbeat setting.

Admission is free, and all are welcome to come support West Ashley’s next generation of musicians. Clelia’s Guitar Studio is located at 856 Dupont Road # B. For more information, visit www.cleliasguitar.com or email cleliaguitar@msn.com.
