Center for Women will host its Annual Women’s Conference on Thursday, Feb. 26, entitled “Confidence, Courage & Connections.” The event, expected to attract more than 150 attendees, will take place at the newly renovated Towne & County Inn and Suites on Savannah Hwy.
Nine breakout sessions are inspired by our tracks, ‘Business Builders’ for Small Business Owners/Entrepreneurs, ‘Career Climbers’ for those changing careers or moving forward with a current position and ‘More Me’ focused on YOU & your happiness. These tracks are sponsored by Saint Leo University & Lowcountry Women’s Specialists.
The keynote speaker will be Jade Simmons, a master musician and motivational speaker who combines keen intellect and a quick wit and charm. Simmons is a concert pianist who has played renowned halls and an acclaimed speaker known for riveting presentations that combine inspiration, information and entertainment.
“Piano Parables” is Simmons’ one-of-a-kind keynote featuring powerful stories backed by performances that reveal the most important lessons we can learn in life and business. Simmons offers unforgettable presentations not only for the worlds of the arts and humanities but also in the areas of branding and marketing, entrepreneurship for creatives, atmosphere-changing leadership and more.
“Our annual women’s conference is something that so many people look forward to and this year is no exception.
