After more than two decades in the field of child education, author Denise Roffe decided to explore her passion of the paranormal. With a fervor for historic research and more than a decade of experience as a paranormal investigator, Roffe is an accomplished paranormal writer. She resides in the Atlanta area and is the cofounder of the Southeastern Institute of Paranormal Research.
Roff will be in town this Sunday, Aug. 1 signing copies of her new book Ghosts and Legends of Charleston at the Barnes & Noble in West Ashley.
Ghosts and Legends takes the reader on a stroll down Charleston's cobblestone streets and explores mysterious echoes from the past. Prepare to meet the legendary ghost of infamous pirate Stede Bonnet, who once sailed with Blackbeard.
